Nupur Shikhare always inspires her social media followers with remarkable workout sessions. An active participant in triathlon competitions around the world, the fitness trainer recently completed a multi-disciplinary endurance event in Japan. The sport consists of three continuous events: swimming, cycling and running. To prepare, Nupur engaged in regular workouts, strength and cross-training, nutrition planning, hydration strategies and recovery techniques (stretching, foam rolling, rest). After completing the triathlon with perseverance and hard work, she shared a post on her Instagram showcasing the joyous moments of the event. The caption read, “Don’t sink, don’t crash, don’t stop!!
