It was learned a few days ago that after Alexander’s defeat, Salman Khan has made zero on his next film. It was reported that the superstar has finalized a war-drama film based on the struggle of Galwan Valley 2020, which is the next, directed by Apoorva Lakhia. Now, in the latest reports, the film’s shooting plans are reported, and he is ready to start the shoot soon.
According to a Mid-Day report, Salman Khan will allegedly start working on his next within five months. The report stated that the superstar has not officially signed the project, but has carried forward the director Apoorva Lakhia.
The report has also revealed that the superstar has preferred the project on Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2, which would have marked his possible cooperation with Kabir Khan. However, the sequel to a highly awaited film cannot be physical.
It was a few days ago that a report by the Hollywood reporter revealed that Khan was offered films from several filmmakers since Alexander’s release in March. However, the Sultan actor showed his interest in the film, which is based on the Galvan Valley Conflict, which broke into the region of Ladakh between Indian and Chinese soldiers in Indian territory in June 2020.
The report further mentions that if the superstar gives a head-up, Lakhia will start working on the shoot timeline. Khan’s production banner, supported by Salman Khan Films, will be shot in Ladakh.
On the other hand, Pinkvilla also learned last month that Salman gave the script writer V. Meeting Vijayendra Prasad, pointing to Kabir Khan’s possible support for Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2. An independent source also shared that he came with an idea, and the discussion was expected to be for the sequence of the 2013-relief film.
Since nothing was finalized then and now, it seems that Khan has moved forward to focus on the war-drama film.
Directed by AR Murugados and supported by Sajid Nadiadwala, Alexander included Rashmika Mandanna, Sharman Joshi, Kajal Aggarwal, Anjini Dhawan and more. The film was released earlier this year on the occasion of Eid.
