The series will explore the enduring conflict between two powerful groups – one bent on shaping the future of humanity and the other committed to protecting free will. Like the games, the story will jump across important historical eras, weaving parkour-driven action with political intrigue and philosophical stakes. Rather than retelling the existing game plot, the adaptation will introduce a new story within the established universe.
Showrunners Roberto Patino and David Weiner are leading the project, while Ubisoft film and television executives Gerard Guillemot, Margaret Boykin, Austin Dill, Genevieve Jones and Matt O’Toole are serving as producers. It has sold over 230 million copies globally since its debut 17 years ago. assassin’s creed remains one of gaming’s most impressive properties.
