Bigg Boss OTT contestant and singer Neha Bhasin opens up about her battle with premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD). In a heartfelt note, she revealed she has struggled with the condition since her teenage years and was diagnosed with low progesterone in 2022. Neha shared how the disorder had made it challenging for her to “get up and live” for half of every month.

Neha wrote in her post on Instagram, “I gained 10 kg weight for the first time in my life. And I already suffer from body dysmorphia. And I was in recovery from an eating disorder on and off again. Anti-depressants ensured that I gained more weight. I sat alone in the dark for 10 hours a day during my episodes. I am getting better now. “I have help and I have bad days but I’m learning to cope and hope.”

“I was groped by people on the street, in cafes, while going to the gym. That’s when I started to hate the way I looked.
