Actress Natalie Portman is preparing to welcome her third child. While speaking with Harper’s Bazaar, the star revealed that she is currently pregnant and is excited for the birth of her next child. This will be her first child with new partner Tanguy Destable, whom she is said to have been dating since March 2025.

Speaking to the magazine about the big moment, the actress said, “Tanguy and I are so excited. I’m so grateful. I know it’s a privilege and a miracle.” She acknowledged the difficulties of pregnancy and spoke about her own experience in the past, “I have so many people I love who have had such a hard time with it that I want to be respectful of that as well. It’s such a beautiful, joyful thing, and it’s not an easy thing either. And so I know how fortunate it is. I’m very aware, and I’m very grateful. I have deep appreciation and gratitude.”
Natalie Portman previously had two children, son Aleph, 14, and daughter Amalia, 9, whom she shares with her ex-husband, director-choreographer Benjamin Millepied. The two have continued to co-parent their children following their divorce, which was finalized in March 2024, after the pair quietly separated last year. The two were married for a total of 11 years and decided to separate after news of their extramarital affair surfaced on the internet.
Coming back to her current pregnancy, the 44-year-old revealed, “I have more energy than I thought,” adding that this could be her last baby. The star continues to praise her children, mostly keeps them out of the public eye, and is known as one of their biggest cheerleaders.
