Vrishkarma, starring Naga Chaitanya in the lead role, recently unveiled its first look, offering an in-depth look into the world of the film that blends horror elements with mythology, adventure and action. After the release of the glimpse, Naga Chaitanya talked about working on the film and also called it the “best film” of his career.
Naga Chaitanya talks about mythological thriller Vrishkarma
Talking about the film Vrishkarma, Naga Chaitanya said, “It is a very happy moment for me as we have launched the glimpse of Vrishkarma. I have been waiting for this moment for a long time. As Kartik had said earlier, I strongly feel that this will be 100 per cent the best film of my career. I felt it even when I heard the script for the first time.”
He further added, “As an actor, I always wanted to make a large-scale spectacle film in this genre with a mythological layer and heavy VFX. Vrishakarma is the answer to that desire. Thank you very much, Karthik.”
Director Kartik also shared more details about the film and said that he wants to tell all the fans that he truly believes that he is giving the best film for their hero. Talking about the film, he said that the audience had already seen a glimpse of it, but it was just a small preview. He said that the world and content presented in the glimpse is actually a small part of what is in the film.
Recently, the makers of Vrishkarma released an intense glimpse which shows Naga Chaitanya in a rugged avatar. Apart from the horror elements, the film seems to blend mythological layers with heavy use of VFX.

Apart from Naga Chaitanya, Meenakshi Choudhary also plays the co-lead role in the film. Sparsh Srivastava, known for Missing Ladies, plays the antagonist, while Jayaram, Zarina Wahab and others appear in lead roles.
Directed by Karthik Varma Dandu, the film is jointly produced by BVSN Prasad under Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra and Sukumar under Sukumar Writings. The story is provided by Sukumar, while Neil de Cunha handles the cinematography. Ajneesh B. Loknath composes the music, and Naveen Nooli is in charge of editing.
