Motorola unveils Moto G Stylus (2026) and Moto Pad (2026)

Today, Motorola has officially introduced the Moto G Stylus (2026) and Moto Pad (2026). According to the official press release, the Moto G Stylus (2026) comes with a stylus that, as the name suggests, reacts to tilt and pressure “in supported apps.”

This “enables wider shading, finer lines and more natural strokes, giving a pen-on-paper feel to everyday tasks”. The stylus lasts for 100 hours on standby and “about” four hours for writing. It recharges fully in 15 minutes and is IP68 and IP69 certified for dust and water resistance, just like the phone, which also boasts SGS-certified “military-grade toughness.”

The Moto G Stylus (2026) features a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 5,000-nit peak brightness. It features a 50MP main camera using Sony’s Lytia 700C sensor with OIS, a 13MP ultrawide and macro vision camera, a 3-in-1 light sensor that optimizes exposure and color, and a 32MP selfie camera. All cameras support 4K video recording.

Keeping the lights on is a 5,200 mAh battery that supports 68W wired and 15W wireless charging. Motorola says the battery will last for 1,600 cycles before dropping below 80% of its initial capacity. The Moto G Stylus (2026) runs Android 16 and will be offered in Pantone Coal Smoke and Pantone Lavender Mist.

Moving on to the Moto Pad (2026), it features an 11-inch 2.5K screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, quad speakers with Dolby Atmos support, and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC.

It has 5G built-in and a 7,040 mAh battery that supports 20W wired charging. The Moto Pad is being offered in only one color, called Pantone Bronze Green.

The Moto G Stylus (2026) will be available on April 16 at Amazon, Best Buy, and Motorola.com for $499.99. It will also reach Google Fi on the same day, with availability planned for Spectrum Mobile, Cricket Wireless, AT&T, Xfinity Mobile, and Optimum Mobile later. In Canada, it will be available exclusively on Motorola.ca on April 16.

The Moto Pad (2026) will be available from T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile, as well as Motorola.com on April 30 for $249.99.
