Priyanka Chopra Jonas took to a viral Instagram trend to look back at her journey from childhood dreams to global stardom, while reflecting on her life in films, entrepreneurship and motherhood.

The actor shared a carousel of childhood photos along with current images, each slide pairing a youthful memory with a milestone he couldn’t have imagined at the time. One of the first posts recounted her Miss World win at age 18, accompanied by a childhood photo and the caption, “Miss World? Me??”

In another, he contemplated pursuing a career in different countries, writing, “Across countries? We travel abroad?” – indicating his last journey from India to Hollywood. She highlighted her work as both an actor and producer, sharing a childhood photo with the caption, “What? I act in movies? And help make them?”

Further slides depict his globe-trotting lifestyle, with a line about traveling so often that he no longer experiences jet lag, which contrasts with his memory of a trip to Kashmir with his father. Priyanka also referenced her entrepreneurial ventures and her memoirs, which offered a glimpse of the many roles she has played over the years.

The final set of posts focused on her personal life, celebrating motherhood and her family with husband Nick Jonas and their daughter, Malaty Marie Chopra Jonas.

Separately, in a recent appearance on Amanda Hirsch’s podcast not thin but not fatPriyanka talked about her decision to explore opportunities in the American entertainment industry. She said that she felt limited in India at the time and wanted to test her potential in Hollywood, especially given the lack of Indian representation there.

Recalling his early years in the United States, he recalled feeling like an outsider during his school days. He also acknowledged the challenges along the way and said that growth often comes from going through difficult phases.

On the work front, Priyanka will next be seen in SS Rajamouli’s Telugu action film Varanasi. She will co-star with Mahesh Babu and Prithviraj Sukumaran. The much-awaited film will release in theaters globally in 2027.
