Filmmaker MC Jithin, who directed Nonsense in 2018, recently presented his family thriller, Microscope in theatres. The recently released Malayalam film, released on 22 November, stars Basil Joseph and Nazriya Nazim in lead roles. The Microscope, believed to be inspired by Alfred Hitchcock’s 1954 classic, Rear Window, is having a successful run at the box office.
Microdashini touched the mark of Rs 45 crore globally in two weeks
Microscope has been earning well at the ticket window since its opening day. The Nazriya Nazim-starrer is now earning Rs 45 crore at the worldwide box office in two weeks. As per the latest updates, the mystery thriller has earned Rs 25 crore across India and Rs 19 crore overseas, taking its worldwide collection to Rs 44 crore so far.
MC Jithin’s latest directorial collected Rs 20 crore in his home state Kerala till Wednesday (13th day).

Nazariya as Priyadarshini becomes suspicious of her neighbor Manuel, played by Basil Joseph and she personally investigates after her elderly mother goes missing.
