Official trailer and the plot of Manamdhan
Manamdhan’s story revolves around Madah Kumar, an auditor in Chennai, an auditor in Mavan. He meets Mithili, a naive girl from his music class, who initially is afraid of her due to a disturbed dream, but eventually befriends her. Unknown for him, Madan leads a dual life as a serial killer called Manamadhan, targets women whom he considers “immoral”.
After a series of murders, he is arrested when Mithili suspected him. During interrogation, Madi claimed that his twin brother, Madhah Raj committed crime. A flashback revealed Raj’s heart break and suicide, which she loved a girl whom she loved. But in fact, Madhah Kumar made the identity of the killer to avenge Raj’s death.
Although Mithili accepted her love, Madi removed herself. Secretly, he cares for him but chooses his mission on love. The film also ends extensively with Madhah, believing that only divine justice can hold her accountable for her actions.
Cast and Crew of Manamdan
Manamadhan has played a dual role as Madhan Kumar and Madan Raj, while Jyothika has played the role of Mithili given by Savita. The film also features puncture Pandian as Goundmani, Sindhu Tolani as Vaishnavi, and ATIL Kulkarni ACP Dev IP IP. Mandira Bedi appears in a special cameo as a psychiatrist.
The film was directed by Aj Murugan and written by Silambarson by him, although Murugan remained uncontrolled for the script. The dialogues were written by Balkumaran. The music for the film was composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
