With additional earnings of approximately US$2.75 million (Rs 25 crore) from overseas markets, the film had a worldwide gross of Rs. Exceeded. 100 crore figure, Rs. Approximately 109 crores.
On the third day the amount was Rs. Around 18 crores in APTS. There was a slight decline in collections from the second day in Telugu states, but occupancy was quite high. The decline mainly occurred in Nizam, where its performance declined due to the new release, Anaganaga Oka Raju. In Andhra Pradesh, it remained stable, with some centers declining while others remained stable or even increased. Coastal Andhra’s performance is expected, but Seeded and Nizam are also posting strong numbers.
Today is Sankranthi day in the Telugu states, and the collections are expected to surge with the film’s fighting potential. Tomorrow will be another big day, possibly even bigger, and then the film has two weekend days, Saturday and Sunday. In short, there will be a slump at the box office for four days and the film’s earnings should exceed Rs 20 crore. 160 crore till Sunday, of which about Rs. 140 crores will be from Telugu states.
