Released on 5 September, the Crime Action Drama opened in Tamil Nadu with 12.30 crores. The film fell in the next days, Rs 11 crore gathered on Saturday, after that it became Rs 10.45 crore on Sunday. Actioner wrapped his early weekends for Rs 33.75 crore.
Madharasi worked to open the week under a mark of Rs 50 crore
Sivakartheikeyan starrer recorded a significant decline on its first Monday. It added Rs 12.40 crore to Tally from Monday to Wednesday. According to estimates, Madarasi today collected Rs 2.85 crore, and grossed his initial week in Tamil Nadu for Rs 49.35 crore.
The film could not do much in Hindi when it was released with the title Dil Madharai. If it manages to record a good jump over the second weekend, it can raise through a favorable dramatic run.
