Rajinikanth is currently involved in the shoot for his much awaited sequel film, Jailor 2. As he traveled in the economy with his daughter Aishwarya, the superstar was seen making days for his co-features.

As soon as Rajinikanth rode in his flight, a fan shouted from behind, “Thalaiva … face Pakanam (Thalaiva … I want to see your face).” As soon as he heard this, the 74 -year -old actor stood from his seat and congratulated everyone while flying with him, turning it into a moment of fan frenzy.
Rajinikanth’s next release
After the release of the 2024 action drama Vettyian, Rajinikanth is set to release Coolie. The film directed by Lokesh Kanagarj is an action thriller, which includes the superstar with a terrible past as a former daily wage worker, Deva.
While he has been in the shadow for about 30 years, he makes a comeback after his close friend Rajasekhar is in trouble. How he succeeds in helping his friend out and the opponents he faces makes the whole story.
Mainly with Rajinikanth, Nagarjuna Akini played an opponent for the first time in the film. With Upendra Rao appearing in an important role, Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan is making a cameo appearance.
In addition to all of them, the Coolie has an artist of many actors in Shruti Haasan, Satyaraj, Saubin Shahir, Reba Monica John, Charle and many more lead roles. Apart from this, Pooja Hegde has also performed a dance number with songs, Monica.
Music has been composed by Anirudh Ravichender, released on August 14, 2025. Recently after a pre-release event called Coulie Unleashed, manufacturers have unveiled the entire track list, which is available for streaming on many music-sharing platforms.

Since the Cool is a few days away from release, it will be a big screen collision with Hrithik Roshan and Junior NTR starrer War 2, directed by Ayan Mukherjee.
Rajinikanth’s next film
Rajinikanth is going to appear in the film Jailor 2 next time, which is the sequel to his own film Jailor (2023). The flicks directed by Nelson Dilipkumar will once again have the actor to play ‘Tiger’ Muthuvel Pandian.
Mohanlal and Shiva Rajkumar, with the hope of re -starting their previous roles, Nandamuri Balakrishna also expects an extended cameo in the film.
