Mumbai-based Lodha Developers is one of the leading real estate companies in the country. It sells properties under the Lodha brand.
According to its latest investor presentation, Lodha Developers plans to launch 10 million square feet of area for sale across 15 projects in the second half of fiscal 2025-26.
These projects are located in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Pune and Bengaluru.
During the first quarter of this financial year, Lodha Developers raised Rs. 8,300 crore worth of projects launched, while in the second quarter of 2025-26 it will spend Rs. 4,900 crore worth of projects were launched.

“Significant launches are planned in H2 across all cities to meet our FY26 pre-sales guidance of Rs 21,000 crore,” the presentation said.
In the second quarter of this fiscal, pre-sales or sales bookings of Lodha developers increased by 7 percent to Rs. 4,570 crores. In the year-ago period, its sales booking was Rs. 4,290 crores.
In the first half of this fiscal, the company’s sales bookings or pre-sales increased by 8 percent to Rs. 9,020 crore as compared to Rs. 8,320 crores.
During the last financial year, sales bookings of Lodha Developers increased to Rs. 17,630 crore, which in the previous year was Rs. 14,520 crores.
The company told analysts that Lodha Developers is focusing on increasing sales of residential properties in ongoing projects and should not depend on new launches to meet its annual pre-sales guidance.
It is also planning to enter the Delhi-NCR housing market and expects to launch the first project on a pilot basis. The first project is likely to come up in Gurugram.
Lodha Developers has so far delivered 110 million square feet of real estate and is developing over 130 million square feet under its ongoing and planned portfolio.
