Kalyani Priyadarshan and Nutan starrer superhero movie, Loca Chapter One-Chandra, are doing very well at the box office. The Malayalam film marks the beginning of a new cinematic era, becoming a sensation. After posting a Banger Opening Weekend, Loca Chapter One-Chandra recorded a strong hold on its first Monday, which is more than its early days.
Made a debut on the initial day with Rs 6.65 crore, Loca made a good jump while earning Rs 12 crore on the second day. The film showed its real ability by registering another great jump on day 3, which earned Rs 23 crore. It posted Rs 24.35 crore on Sunday, with another strong day. The film posted an early weekend of Rs 66 crore at the box office worldwide.

Loca Chapter One- Chandra continued his blockbuster run even during the week. It rose from a solid 13 crore rupees to Rs 14 crore on its first Monday, which is more than its first two days at the box office around the world. Loca’s total cum reached a super-confusing of Rs 80 crore at the box office by the end of its 5th day.
Going from the current trends, the film is fully prepared to register another Bangar Day on Tuesday. It will soon cross the mark of Rs 100 crore globally, which will be a record for a female -centric Malayalam film. The superhero film currently dominates the box office and has set a big difference against Mohanlal’s Hridaypurvam and Fahd Fasil’s Odum Kuthira Chadam Kuthira.
