Launched this week: Dyson Pencil Wash, Haier Mini LED range and 3 more new gadgets to watch out for
Amidst all the AI talk at the India AI Impact Summit 2026 this week, several new gadgets quietly made their debut. From Dyson’s ultra-slim Pencilwash cleaner to Haier’s big-screen Mini LED TVs and Whirlpool’s summer-ready AC range, there’s plenty of fresh tech to check out across all categories.
This week was all about AI, AI and more AI. Here on the pages of India Today, we have kept you up to date with all the events and announcements from India AI Impact Summit 2026 and India Today AI Summit 2026. However, amidst all the busy schedules, big AI announcements and strong words from industry leaders, we also saw a number of new gadget launches.

So, as we end the week, here’s a quick look at everything new on the market. From Dyson’s new slim vacuum to LED TVs and air conditioners, there is a lot up for grabs across all segments.
dyson pencilwash
When it comes to vacuums, Dyson is on top. This week, the company unveiled the new Dyson Pencilwash, adding another machine to its portfolio. It is a thin and lightweight wet and dry cleaner designed to tackle spills and stains without the hassle of a traditional floor washer. The machine has a 38 mm ultra-thin handle and weighs 2.2 kg, providing mobility around furniture and tight corners. It lies almost flat at 170 degrees, allowing it to clean even under furniture up to 15 cm high.
The PencilWash comes with a high-density microfiber roller with 64,000 filaments per square cm, designed to lift both wet and dry debris. It uses a filter-free system to help prevent dirt accumulation and odors. The cleaner packs a 300ml clean water tank, promises to last up to 30 minutes, and supports two hydration modes for different floor types and stains.
Dyson Pencilwash has been introduced in select global markets, with an India launch planned closer to availability. Pricing for India has not been announced yet. Once available, it is expected to be sold through Dyson’s official website and authorized retail channels.
Haier Mini LED Range
Haier is growing rapidly with its Indian appliance portfolio. This week the company expanded its TV range with the launch of its new Homei AI-powered Mini LED lineup. The new series includes the M80, M92 and M96 models, with screen sizes ranging from 55 inches to 100 inches. The new lineup is aimed at users who want a proper big screen experience at home.
One of the highlights of this series is called Homey AI. It brings features like AI Cinema for real-time picture optimization, AI Sound for clear dialogue and balanced audio, AI Game with support for Game Mode, FreeSync Premium Pro for smooth, low-latency gaming, VRR and ALM, and AI Eye Care for more comfortable viewing. According to Haier, the M92 and M96 QD Mini LED models use AiPQ Ultra technology to fine-tune color, contrast, clarity, and motion frame by frame, promising a more immersive sports and movie experience.
Haier has not yet announced pricing details of the new Mini LED range. If you are interested, you will need to keep an eye on Haier’s official website and authorized retail partners for model-wise pricing and availability updates.
Whirlpool 3D Cool Pro Plus AC 2026 Range
Summer is almost here, and if you’re getting ready to beat the heat, Whirlpool has launched its new 3D Cool Pro Plus AC 2026 range. The company says that this lineup is built to handle the extreme conditions of the Indian summer, while offering much more than just basic cooling. It runs on what Whirlpool calls 6th Sense Technology, which automatically adjusts temperature, humidity, and airflow at the press of a button. The AC uses 3D Cool Technology to provide uniform cooling with moving air up to 60 feet, and has been tested to operate in temperatures up to 56 degrees Celsius. It also has a turbo chill mode that can bring the room temperature down to 24 degrees Celsius in about 60 seconds. As for air quality, the AC includes silver ion filters, while the airflow can be customized through Focused, Diffused and Sweep modes using the 4-way swing.
The Whirlpool 3D Cool Pro Plus range is available in 1 Ton, 1.5 Ton and 2 Ton variants, with both 3-star and 5-star energy ratings in line with 2026 BEE norms. It is already on sale across leading retail stores and online platforms in India. The brand notes that the price of the AC may vary as per the model and capacity, so you will have to check the Whirlpool official website or authorized sellers for the latest prices and offers.

Are you looking for a better charging and connectivity setup? Well, Portronics has launched the mPort Space, an 8-in-1 USB Type-C hub that also serves as a portable storage solution. The main highlight here is a built-in M.2 SSD slot that supports NVMe and SATA SSDs in 2242, 2260 and 2280 sizes, turning the hub into a compact external storage device.
The device expands a single Type-C port into eight connections, including HDMI, USB 3.0, SD and microSD card readers, a Type-C Power Delivery port, and a dedicated Type-C data port with 4K output at 30Hz. The hub supports 100W pass-through charging, so you can power your laptop while using other peripherals at the same time. Rapoo A250 and A350 Soundbar
Are you looking for a powerful yet budget-friendly soundbar? This one is worth checking out. Rapoo has expanded its audio lineup in India with the launch of two new soundbars: the A250 and A350. The A250 delivers 20W RMS output, while the A350 bumps this up to 30W for louder sound.
Both models feature a 52mm dual-driver 2.0-channel setup paired with a metal passive radiator to enhance bass and stereo separation. They support Bluetooth 5.3 for stable wireless connectivity and also offer USB, AUX, TF card, and FM radio inputs. There’s an integrated noise-canceling mic for calls and online meetings, as well as True Wireless Stereo (TWS) support for connecting two units together. The soundbars pack rechargeable batteries that provide up to 4 hours of playback on the A250 and 5 hours on the A350 with reverse charging support.
