Lalo Krishna Sada Sahayate Box Office: Blockbuster explodes with unprecedented turnaround in fourth week

Lalo – Krishna Sada Sahayate has become a phenomenal phenomenon at the box office. The Gujarati devotional drama recorded its best day of performances yesterday on fourth Wednesday, earning over Rs. 3 crores. Total box office earning was Rs. Has reached. 14 crores (Rs. 10.50 crores nett).

The film, which released four weeks ago, received limited initial response and collected around Rs. 5 lakh. It showed no signs of a possible breakout and traded at around Rs. But it closed. 40 lakhs. In its second week, the film’s performance declined significantly due to its Diwali release. It continued with decent occupancy, but collections were taking it nowhere. At the time, one would be forgiven for thinking it would be for the movie. In the fourth week, the film saw a remarkable turnaround. On the fourth Friday it collected as much as its entire first week collection, then doubled on Saturday to Rs. 1 crore mark for the first time. On Sunday it again more than doubled and reached close to Rs. 3 crores. The rise continued even on weekdays and on Monday it stood above Rs. 2 crores, and now on Wednesday the money was cleared. The 3 crore mark, not just a first, but possibly also a first for a Gujarati film.
