Veteran Telugu actor Kota Srinivasa Rao died today at the age of 83 on July 13 (Sunday). The popular actor has mainly acted in Southern Cinema. Many celebrities including SS Rajamouli, Chiranjeevi, Rana Daggubati, Mahesh Babu, Ravi Teja, Vishnu Manchu, Mohan Babu and others have mourned the loss of this incredible talent. Recently, Junior NTR visited his home to pay tribute.
The RRR actor visited Kota Srinivasa Rao’s family to express his condolences. He was seen stressful and sad. Addressing the press, JR NTR said, “Let’s celebrate the legacy left behind through your unforgettable performance,” in all your mediums, without grief.

Some of his popular films include Gayam, Money, Aa Naluguru, Sarkar and Bomrilu. He was last seen in the 2023 film Suvarna Sundari.
The experienced actor was known for his comic and villain roles. He also received nine Nandi Awards and was honored with Padma Shri in 2015. Apart from his brilliant career in the film industry, experienced actors were also active in politics and served as MLA from Vijayawada.
