Kiccha Sudeep gets teary-eyed as he hugs Basavaraj Bommai at his mother’s funeral
Actor Kiccha Sudeep was inconsolable at the funeral of his mother Saroja Sanjeev. He cried in the arms of politician Basavaraj Bommai.
Kannada actor Kiccha Sudeep could not hold back his tears as politician Basavaraj Bommai came to pay tribute at the funeral of the actor’s mother Saroja Sanjeev. The politician shared pictures of himself consoling Sudeep, who shed inconsolable tears as he hugged him. Saroja Sanjeevi died on the morning of Sunday, October 20 in Bengaluru.
Former Chief Minister of Karnataka, Basavaraj Bommai shares emotional moment with Sudeep on X. The politician met Sudeep and the rest of the family members and expressed condolences on the demise of Saroja Sanjeev.
In the pictures, Sudeep can be seen hugging Basavaraj Bommai and crying.

Earlier in the day, he remembered Saroja and posted an old picture of her with Sudeep. His post in Kannada translated as, “I am deeply saddened to hear the news of the demise of Smt. Saroja, mother of renowned film actor and beloved @KicchaSudeep. I pray to God to give actor Sudeep and his family members the strength to bear the grief of their mother’s death and may the departed soul rest in peace. Om Shanti (sic).”

Saroja was 86 years old and was reportedly undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Bengaluru. Here his health deteriorated and he died at around 7 in the morning. His last rites took place at his residence in Bengaluru.
