Imagine a world like that for women! Well, imagine no more – see how Katy Perry brings this concept to life in her stunning music video for Woman’s World, the first single from her highly anticipated album 143, coming out this fall.
On Thursday, July 11, visual media for the song was released and features Perry, 39, dressed as both Rosie the Riveter and a cyborg woman. In the video, she is seen drinking a bottle of Whiskey for Women, brandishing a hot pink vibrator and taking a bathroom break at a urinal within the first 60 seconds.
“She had fire in her eyes / Divine femininity / She was born to shine,” she sings amid a group of dancers.

About Perry’s upcoming album 143
Perry officially unveiled 143 by posting the futuristic artwork for the album on her social media on Wednesday, July 10. For those wondering about the wordless title, it’s old code for I love you.
In a press release, the Roar singer said she set out to create “a bold, exuberant, celebratory dance-pop album that will carry the symbolic 143 numerical expression of love as a message.”
The former American Idol judge has been promoting Woman’s World since June. The single is produced by Dr. Luke, who helped Perry create two of her hit albums: Teenage Dream and Prism.
It’s worth noting that Dr. Luke was accused of sexually, physically, and emotionally abusing his former artist Kesha, and thus his involvement in Perry’s single about female empowerment seems, for lack of a better word, contradictory.
Perry’s 143rd edition will arrive on Sept. 20.
