Karishma Tanna’s intense midweek workout with burpees and cable pulls
When it comes to fitness, Karisma is at the top of the game. The actress often posts glimpses of her workout routine on Instagram. Recently, she inspired her fans to practice leg training exercises with kettlebell burpees. Leg exercises are usually overlooked in favour of upper body workouts, yet they are essential for general strength, balance, and functionality. Kettlebell burpees are good for your heart health and also help in weight loss. Dressed in a lavender tank top and black leggings, Karisma was seen doing weighted bar exercises. It helps in increasing muscle mass, improving balance, and building muscles. Karisma also did some cable pulls, which strengthen your back and improve core strength.
