Karate Kid: The sixth installment in legends, long -running martial arts franchise, demonstrated some speed at the Indian box office in 2 days today, today, collected Rs 1.30 crore. It jumps a healthy 75 percent of a healthy 75 percent from its early day of Rs 75 lakh, causing a total price of Rs 2.05 crore for two days. Although the performance is not bad in any way, the film’s strength and the presence of a global icon such as Jackie Chan and Ralph McCio could perform better.
The film has created curiosity between the long -term fans of both the original franchise and the Cobra Kai series. However, the Indian market has been busy with alternative Hollywood Prasad like Mission: Impossible – The Final Recking and Final Destination: Bloodlines. Perhaps, the effort of martial arts style should have better marketed in this field, especially in metro cities where economically safe spectators often find out diverse dramatic options.

Directed by Jonathan Antvistal, Karate Kid: Legends 2010 serves as a direct continuity of both the karate kid reboot and Cobra Kai series. Along with franchise veterans Chan and Macchio, the film introduced Ben Wang in the lead roles, supported by Joshua Jackson, Sadadi Stanley and Ming-Na Wayne. The film is also the first of the franchise produced by Jerry Wentrab, who died in 2015.
Development on the project began in September 2022, with the Antivistal Rob Liber script and the screenplay to direct the board. The casting process lasted at the end of 2024 in the beginning of 2024, with the principal photography wrapping by June 2024. The film had a world premiere in Mexico City in Cinepolis Mitika on May 7, before the film was released worldwide on 7 May.
While early reviews have been mixed, it is expected to work in favor of the film in the long run. Can Karate Kid: Can press the legends accelerated, soon can be seen in both India and others. So far, the film’s performance is minor, which grows based on the support of the mouth and family audience between Lilo and Stitch.
