Giving a fun twist to his relationship status, filmmaker Karan Johar took to Instagram and expressed his love. Karan compared Instagram to a supportive partner, saying that it listens to him and motivates him to achieve his dreams. With his characteristic wit, Karan light-heartedly celebrates the impact of the platform on his life.

Karan shared a note on his Instagram stories that read, “I’m dating Instagram! It listens to me…allows me to pursue my dreams and even pay some bills! what’s not to love? (sic).”

Karan has often been vocal about finding a right partner. Earlier, in a Diwali 2024 post, the director had written about how despite being surrounded by people at festive gatherings, he often feels ‘alone’ and wonders when he will finally give up his ‘single’ status.
