Kanye West filed a lawsuit by former assistant for sexual assault and smuggling

The revised filing presented on Wednesday includes a details of the alleged incidents during a commercial visit to San Francisco, which adds allegations of harassment and incorrect termination in June 2024.
According to PiSciotta, misconduct increased after rejecting the alleged sexual advances of the West. As reported by Page Six, she claims that she kissed her without consent, improperly touched her, and later raped her orally after making her way in her hotel room.
In another incident, she says that West tried to use her shower before putting her down in a sexual violent act.
The filing also accused the West to present him as a sexual gift to another person and repeatedly make pornographic comments about his body, he demands to wear tight clothes, and subjected him to unwanted touch and exposure to his sexual encounters.
After her dismissal, PiSciotta claims that the West moved to the same apartment building, where she lived, raised her fear for safety. He alleged that he once grabbed her and licked her ear. She has since moved to Florida, but claims that the West has continued to harass her.
The lawsuit also underlines a disturbing incident during a flight, where Piskiotta claims that the West masturbated and locked it in his bedroom.
Valid response
PiSciotta became public for the first time in June 2024 accusing them of sexual harassment and incorrect termination. At that time, the West’s legal team dismissed the claims as trivial and baseless, alleging that it tried to manipulate the relationship for personal gain.
The latest filing also refers to a studio session co-co-co -med by Scene “Didi” Comombs, where Piskiotta alleged that he was intoxicated and attacked. Comombs has not responded to the allegation.
