Kantara: Chapter 1 recorded another strong day at the Indian box office, collecting money. 63.50 crore (almost) on Saturday, about 25 percent from Friday. The three -day running is a total rupee for the film. 185.50 crores. Rishab Shetty starrer is leading for more than Rs. 250 crore extended weekend, about Rs. 255 crores.
Most of the development came from the Hindi version in North India on Saturday, which increased by about 60 percent. There was a limited room to grow in south markets. Karnataka is working near capacity, yet it managed to grow nearly 10 percent. Tamil Nadu and Kerala had more additional capacity, and they became better. Andhra Pradesh, which was coming out of the holiday period, saw a slight decline, while the Nizam still managed some growth.
Kanta’s day war box office collection: Chapter 1 is as follows:
| Week | Total |
|---|---|
| Thursday | Rupee. 70.50 crores. |
| Friday | Rupee. 51.50 crores. |
| Saturday | Rupee. 63.50 crores. |
| Total | Rupee. 185.50 crores. |
In Karnataka, the film defeated KGF2 to record the biggest Saturday of all time. A total of three days in the state. 56 crores, bus less than Rs. 58.50 crore KGF2 but with a very strong trend. Today something will increase because advances are growing significantly, and depending on that growth, it can challenge the four -day weekend record of KGF2.
The only latdown is the Hindi dubbed version so far, which is reduced relative to expectations. While the film is in better position than the first day, it still does not compare with the South. The Hindi version was expected to be the chief driver, as it was for another sequel to South India, but it did not happen. Had it been so, the number would have been competing with the largest blockbusters, given how South India had brought to expectations.
