Actor Jr NTR suffered a shoulder injury during an activity and was medically evaluated soon after. The actor’s team has issued a statement regarding his recovery.

Actor Jr NTR has been advised complete rest for six to eight weeks after injuring his shoulder during an activity today, according to an official statement released by his team on Tuesday evening.
The statement mentioned that the actor was medically evaluated immediately after the incident.
The assessment was done by a team of experts headed by Dr J Madhusudan Rao and Dr RA Purnachandra Tejashwi. In an official statement released on Monday, July 27, Jr. NTR’s office assured fans that there is no need to panic.

“We are sad to inform everyone that Mr. NTR suffered an unfortunate shoulder injury this evening,” Jr NTR’s team wrote in a statement.
“After a thorough medical assessment, the team of doctors led by Dr J Madhusudan Rao and Dr RA Purnachandra Tejashwi has advised complete rest for six to eight weeks to ensure a smooth and complete recovery,” the statement said.

The actor’s team concluded, “We want to reassure everyone that there is no reason to panic. We will continue to share official updates about his health and recovery whenever appropriate. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.”
On the professional front, Jr NTR’s last Telugu theater release was director Koratala Siva’s Devara: Part 1 (2024). The film starred actors Janhvi Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and Prakash Raj in lead roles.
Junior NTR also made his Hindi film debut with director Ayan Mukherjee. war 2 (2025), starring Hrithik Roshan, Kiara Advani, Anil Kapoor, Ashutosh Rana and Varun Badola.
The actor is currently busy with his under-production film. Python (2027), directed by Prashant Neel. The first look of the film was released ahead of the actor’s birthday on 19 May.
