Hollywood action director JJ Perry, known for films like John Wick, Fast and Furious, has joined the team of Yash’s upcoming film Toxic. Upon visiting India, Perry expressed her excitement about working with Yash. Toxic is directed by Geetu Mohandas.

Perry was clicked at the airport on her first visit to India. Expressing her excitement towards the project, she said, “I am really excited to have some fun with Yash and try some crazy things together. It’s going to be amazing! Yash is an amazing actor, incredible action artist and truly kind and generous. I am also thrilled to work with Geetu. I am extremely excited to work with all these talented people in India.”

Perry, known for his jaw-dropping scenes in John Wick and Warrior, said he couldn’t contain his excitement for Toxic. “I am very excited about Toxic. I couldn’t sleep the entire plane ride; I was awake the whole time and looking at my notes,” he shared.

Toxic stars Kiara Advani alongside Yash. Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the film is touted to be a gangster drama and was originally scheduled to release on April 10, 2025.
