South Indian actress Shraddha Srinath was a guest at the India Today Mind Rocks Youth Summit 2024 held in Bengaluru on Saturday, September 14. During her talk, she discussed her career in films and her commitment to sustainable living. She also shared her views on the Hema Committee report, which made headlines in the Malayalam film industry by revealing cases of discrimination and sexual harassment against women.

Shraddha, a former actress from the Malayalam film industry, acknowledged that although she has not personally faced harassment, she recognises the urgent need to put in place more robust systems to deal with systemic abuse within the industry.

Talking about her experience working in the Mollywood industry, Shraddha said, “I felt safe.
