On the evening of July 28, Javed Akhtar informed his fans on his X account that his account had been compromised. The screenwriter, lyricist and poet also said that a post about the Indian team at the ongoing Paris Olympics 2024 was not made by him but by his hackers. But it seems that the related tweet has been deleted.
In his tweet, he wrote, “My X ID has been hacked. A message has been sent from my account regarding our Indian team for the Olympics. It is completely harmless, but I did not send it. We are in the process of complaining to the concerned authorities at X.”
