Actor Sunny Deol’s latest release ‘Jat’ has wrapped its first week on a decent note. Thursday’s collection of Thursday remained in the range like Wednesday, which is a good sign as it shows its grip on the audience in the week. As mentioned by the business website SacnilkThe director of Gopichand Malinani earned Rs 4 crore on his second Thursday, which was a network of about Rs 61.50 crore with a total amount of eight days.

The film is expected to slow down on Friday, killing the ‘Kesari 2’ screen. Akshay Kumar starrer influential discussion, especially in the northern market, and it will hinder the smooth run of ‘Jat’ at least during the weekend.

However, while ‘Kesari 2’ is expected to generate good traction at the ticket window, ‘Jat’ can just continue to move on to a decent run, if not on a large -scale roll.

Interestingly, both ‘Jat’ and ‘Kesari 2’ appear to target the same type of audience, especially in the north, where Sunny Deol is one of the most revered big screen stars, while Jalianwala Bagh wounds remain fresh even after 105 years.

It will be interesting to see how Kumar’s film fare at the ticket window, determines the future at the box office for ‘Jat’.
