Janhvi Kapoor praises Anil Kapoor’s Subedaar trailer: Chachu is back

Janhvi Kapoor shows her excitement after the trailer of SubedarHis uncle, starring Anil Kapoor, was released online. As the action-drama is set to premiere on Prime Video on March 5, Janhvi gushed over her “chachu” and praised his powerful new role.
The trailer features Anil Kapoor as retired soldier Arjun Maurya, who struggles to adjust to civilian life while juggling personal turmoil and larger social issues. Packed with intense action and emotional moments, the preview has already impressed audiences and industry insiders alike.

Amidst the many reactions, Janhvi Kapoor shared a heartfelt message on her Instagram story. Posting the trailer she wrote, “Can’t wait for this! uncle It’s back to show us how it’s done.”
He also praised production banner Abundantia Entertainment, saying they “always bring us such refreshingly engaging and serious content.”
Touched by his words, Anil Kapoor re-shared his story and responded warmly, “Thank you son.”

Directed by Suresh Triveni and co-written with Prajwal Chandrashekhar, Subedar It is described as a high-impact masala action-drama that blends large-scale action with emotional storytelling. The story follows Arjun Maurya, who struggles with social dysfunction while battling a strained relationship with his daughter Shyama (played by Radhikka Madan).
The film also stars Aditya Rawal, Faisal Malik, Mona Singh, Saurabh Shukla and Khushboo Sundar in lead roles.
Subedar Will stream from 5th March in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, reaching audiences across India and over 240 countries and territories around the world.
