more about Jan Naygan

Directed by H. Vinoth, Jan Naygan It is Vijay’s last theatrical release before his full-time political career.

India Today gave the film 2 stars. Part of the review reads: “TVK branding softened despite censor board edits, Jan Naygan It doesn’t feel like it’s a movie that’s been reined in – it feels like a movie whose problems were never really about politics. Take away the manifesto, and what’s left is a carelessly assembled entertainment held almost entirely by its leadership and its music.

In the film, Vijay plays a former police officer named Vetri Kondan, who is determined to fulfill his promise to his adopted daughter, Viji, played by Mameetha Baiju, by training her to become a soldier. Bobby Deol plays the role of the villain John Himmler.
