Jan Nayakan Box Office Day 3: Vijay’s last film nears 200 crore mark worldwide
Jana Nayagan recorded strong figures on Saturday and moved closer to Rs 200 crore worldwide on the third day. The Vijay-starrer has crossed Rs 100 crore gross in India but is lagging behind Leo and GOAT at the same level.
Thalapathy Vijay’s Jan Naygan It approached the Rs 200 crore mark worldwide on its third day in theatres, taking its global total to Rs 171.84 crore. After crossing the Rs 100 crore mark worldwide in just two days, the film crossed the Rs 100 crore mark in gross collections in India within three days of its release.
The film saw an improvement in collections on its first Saturday, but its opening performance at the box office lagged behind Vijay’s previous releases. leo (2023) and greatest of all time (2024) at the same time.

According to trade website Sacnilk, Jan Naygan On the third day, the net collection was Rs 28.50 crore from 12,299 shows in India and Rs 20 crore was added from overseas markets. With this, the film’s India collection increased to Rs 108.34 crore, while its India collection stood at Rs 92.35 crore. Its overseas earnings reached Rs 63.50 crore, taking the worldwide gross to Rs 171.84 crore.

On Friday, it collected Rs 21.15 crore from 12,190 shows and recorded 29.5 percent occupancy. The collections improved on Saturday, when the film netted Rs 28.50 crore in India and achieved a total occupancy of 38.7 percent across 12,299 shows.
