James Cameron has announced to take the director’s chair for the upcoming film optimization. Taking his X account, the filmmaker dropped the Ghosts of Charles Palegrino of Hiroshima and revealed that he would soon convert the story into a motion picture. Cameron shared that he has not been so inspired by the story since the Titanic.

About all Hiroshima’s ghosts
For his confirmation tweet to direct the film customization, James Cameron shared a photo of the novel on his social media account. Also, the filmmaker wrote, “Since the Titanic, I have found a powerful, heart -wrenching and inspiring real -life story as found in Hiroshima of ghosts by Charles Palegrino.”
He further wrote, “This is a wonderful book and a film I am excited to direct.”
Meanwhile, although the film’s plot has not been announced yet, according to the novel, the storyline will roam after a historic bombing in Hiroshima city.
According to media reports, Hiroshima’s ghosts will be based on true events. When a person escapes from bombing in Hiroshima, he takes a train to Nagasaki, only to bombing again. The film is also expected to have more than 200 survivors and their families are also expected to be interviewed.
Meanwhile, currently, the director avatar focuses on promoting the third installment of the franchise.
