Born on February 12, 1936, Grosbek, Texas, Baker received a degree in business administration from North Texas State College before serving a two -year in the US Army. He later moved to New York City to train as an actor at the world-famous actor studio before launching his film and television career.
As Fox News reported, Baker started her screen in 1965 with the television series Honey West and attracted early attention with a role in the 1967 film Cool Hand Luke. His big break came in 1973 with Walking Tall, where he played the role of Sheriff Bufford Pusar, receiving widespread praise. She also gained fame for her appearance in James Bond films, which is appearing in Living Daylights (1987), Goldeny (1995), and Tumoro Never Des (1997).
