itel quietly introduced three new models – these feature 120Hz 720p+ displays, are IP65 rated and are powered by the 4G-only Unisoc T7250 chipset.
Itel City 200 is the most capable model of this trio. Since it has 4/6GB of RAM and 128/256GB of storage, it runs full Android 15. The other two have 3/4GB of RAM and 64/128GB of storage, so they have been moved to Android 15 Go Edition software.

The City 200 has a 6.78″ display (again, only 720p+ resolution) with 700 nits peak brightness. And its 8MP selfie camera is inside a punch hole (yes, we’re including that as a feature). Plus, it also has DTS sound.
There’s a 50MP camera on the back – no word on video recording resolution, but the phone can record with the front and back cameras simultaneously (picture-in-picture).

The phone has a 5,200mAh battery that is rated for 1,600 charge cycles (this should be 4 years of normal use). The phone has an IP65 rating (dustproof, protected against water jets) and has been drop tested from 1.5 meters. The phone has also been tested for MIL-STD-810H durability.
The itel A200 and A200+ feature a 6.75″ 120Hz 720p+ display, but this time there’s a notch for the selfie camera (we told you the punch hole is a feature). And the camera inside is only a 5MP module. The rear camera has also been similarly downgraded and now has a 13MP sensor.

The main difference between the A200 and A200+ is in the battery – the former has a 5,000mAh battery with 15W charging, while the Plus model has a larger 6,000mAh battery with 18W charging. Strangely, the official description claims that both phones have the same thickness, 8.29mm (weight is not mentioned). The Splendid City 200 is thin at 7.45mm.

For what it’s worth, the itel A200 and A200+ have always-on display mode and DTS sound, so they’re not completely useless. Plus, they have the same IP65 and MIL-STD-810H certifications as the City model, as well as a slightly tougher 1.8m drop test.

One feature shared by all three models (and some other itel models) is UltraLink Free Call – it allows voice calls as well as sending voice memos and text notes without cell connectivity. Itel advertises that the link works up to 2km, although this would be under ideal conditions.
