Veteran actor Mukesh was famous for his performance in films like Rishi, Ghayal, Guardish and Sarfarosh, recently reflected on his time, working with some of Bollywood’s biggest names. He recently shared the hot memories of collaborating with Salman Khan, while setting a direct record about the actor’s performance. He said, “Over time, life changes, and people stop meeting, but Khan is often misunderstood.”
In a conversation with Siddharth Kannan, veteran actor Mukesh Rishi talked about working with Salman Khan, which mentioned that he had collaborated in two or three films. He described Salman as a warm and sociable person, who often led to creating a light and pleasant atmosphere after shooting.
While reflecting his time to film Bandhan in Bangalore, Rishi shared that post-pack-up plans would often include outings in restaurants or pubs. He also said that they used to work together sometimes, which highlighted the strong cameradari developed during their time.
Addressing the long -standing rumors about Khan’s moody or unexpected being on the set, Mukesh Rishi clarified that he never saw such behavior while working together during his time.
He said that there was no moment that would feel uncomfortable or closed between them. While he admitted that, over time, life changes and people are naturally separated, meet less frequent, participate in less meetings, and no longer work together, they emphasized that there was a possibility of misunderstanding any perception of Salman’s mood.
Asked if he had ever participated with Salman Khan, Mukesh Rishi responded with laughter, confirming that he had really shared drinks together.
The experienced actor also reflected his experiences along with other major Bollywood figures. Speaking about Amitabh Bachchan, Rishi mentioned that he had worked together in three to four films.
He described his dynamic as built on mutual respect, given that Bachchan was not particularly gossiping on the set, a strong professional synergy was present. He said that real affection and respect are never forced, they naturally come.
Rishi described his relationship with Akshay Kumar as more reserved and strictly professional, saying that his conversation was mostly limited to discussion about on-set events.
On the other hand, he remembered Aamir Khan as a person with a more outgoing personality, joking that wherever a group was collected, Aamir would somehow join.
