Mehreen Pirzada clarified the situation regarding her marriage
Actress Mehreen Pirzada was quietly working her way to the top when she discovered she had married a man she had never met. Now, after remaining silent on the issue for two years, she finally took to her Instagram Stories and criticized everyone who shared wrong things about her.
In her long note, she said, “Nowadays, it’s strange how misinformation can spread without any consequences. I remained silent about this for 2 years, but due to constant harassment, I chose to speak out today.” Taking the name of a publication, she said that she has been falsely linked to an unknown person, whom she does not even know and with whom she has never even interacted.

The Phillauri actress further claimed that someone hacked her Wikipedia and tried to get her 2 minutes of fame. Setting the matter straight, she said, “I am not married to anyone. But trust me, when I decide to do so, I promise you the whole world will know.”
Soon after she spoke out on the issue, the actress was flooded with support online. Her brother, actor Gurfateh Pirzada also showed his support to her by sharing her post on his social media and condemning the false reporting.

For those unaware, Mehreen Pirzada entered the acting field in 2016 with her debut in the Telugu film, Krishna Gaadi Veera Prema Gadha. A year later, he made his Bollywood debut by sharing screen space with Anushka Sharma, Diljit Dosanjh and Sooraj Sharma in Phillauri. The same year, he made his Tamil debut with Nenjil Thunivirundhal.
