In Kim Kardashian’s Paris robbery test, the jury has retired to consider his decision, as a leading defendant has argued a last minute for forgiveness. Before retreating on the jury on 23 May, Omer Ath Khadeche is known as Old Omar, offering Kim Kardashian to ‘one thousand forgiveness’.
“I can’t find the words to say how sorry I am,” Aoomar AT Khedche wrote on a piece of paper, shown in court. Now partly deaf and almost silent due to poor health, he begged for forgiveness, said, “I offer a thousand apology.”
Att Khedache 2016 is one of 10 men, nine men and a woman on tests in the French capital for its roles in armed robbery. The allegations include armed robbery and kidnapping in an organized gang, as according to DailyMail.
During the October 2016 robbery, Kim Kardashian jewelery lost about 10 million dollars. The stolen items included the USD 4 million engagement ring from her ex -husband, rapper Kanye West. The ring was never recovered.
The incident occurred inside his private apartment at No address hotel in Paris. Kardashian testified through the video during the test and said she is afraid of her life. When Judge David de Pass asked if she felt she would die, she replied, “Absolutely, I am sure I was going to die.”
Prosecutor General Anne-Dominic Marvel requested a 10-year jail sentence for A, Tot Khedche, although he was of an advanced age and was not considered a risk to resume, he needed to be accountable for his crimes. He also said that Khedche, whose DNA was found on the spot, was reducing the level of violence involved in the robbery.
A similar 10 -year sentence was sought for 72 -year -old Unis Abbas, who was the only other defendant to be guilty. While in custody, Abbas wrote a book kidnapping Kim Kardashian, which the prosecutors used as evidence in the trial. Addressing the court, he regretted and apologized for his works.
Didier Dubrukk, who allegedly entered Kardashian’s apartment with AAT Khedche, also faced a 10 -year sentence, as reported by DailyMail. Less sentences were requested to the remaining members of the group, due to their age, Grandpa robbers were named.
A female defendant, Kathy glotin, the first AT Khedche mistress denied any participation. “I had nothing to do with this matter and was ready to join my family again,” he said. Prosecutors believe that he helped providing a burner phone and traveled to Antwerp with Antwerp to sell stolen jewelery.
