Both Costa and Von Der Leyen are to attend a meeting of European leaders in London on Sunday, which aims to take further action on Ukraine.
A few days later, on 6 March, Zelancesi has been invited to a special European Union summit to discuss the potential European “security guarantee” for Kiev, and hopefully make a deal on a new package of the weapon.
