IIFA 2024 winners: SRK, Rani Mukerji crowned best actor, Animal crowned best film
Shahrukh Khan and Rani Mukherjee bag top honors at IIFA 2024. Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal also won several awards including Best Film. Here is the full list of winners.

The International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) honored the best artists of Hindi cinema in Abu Dhabi on Saturday, September 28. The star-studded event saw Shah Rukh Khan, Rani Mukherjee, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Shabana Azmi among others win big.
Shahrukh Khan was awarded the Best Actor award for Atlee’s 2023 film Jawan. Mani Ratnam and AR Rahman gave him this award. As soon as he came on stage, Shahrukh touched the feet of the film director And hugged Rahman.
In his acceptance speech, the actor thanked the other nominees: Ranveer Singh, Ranbir Kapoor, Vikrant Massey, Vicky Kaushal and Sunny Deol. He said, “I think they were all great, but I got the edge because people were happy that I worked after so long.” Shahrukh, in his humorous style, also thanked his wife Gauri Khan for spending so much on her husband. Gauri was the producer of Jawan.
When Rani came on stage to receive the Best Actress award for her film Mrs. Chatterjee vs Norway, she was given a warm welcome by the audience. He thanked them for being a “warm and wonderful” audience.
Film director Sandeep Reddy Vanga won the Best Film trophy for his film Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor. Anil Kapoor won the Best Actor in a Supporting Role award for this film.
