Actor Hrithik Roshan’s sister, Sunaina Roshan, opened his stay on a rehabilitation openly on a conflict with alcohol and recently during a conversation. He recalled the difficult time and shared how he would be ‘grilled’ on rehabilitation of about nine hours a day.

Roshan was talking to Siddharth Kannan in her show when she said that she decided to accept himself for a rehabilitation to get rid of addiction, and it was a difficult challenge. He shared that he never expected to get worse from a general rehabilitation center.

Sunaina Roshan said, “This is a 28-day course, and it is not like a normal rehabilitation. Originally, any kind of addiction is treated. It was a 28-day course where 56 counselors used to grill you. It was worse than normal re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-re-rehabilitation.

She proceeded to mention how she convinced himself to go through that struggle. Roshan said that he had to do whatever challenges he was thrown in his way. “I went there to know that I would get better. It is a step to move forward in life to capture my prohibition,” he said.

On her time in detail, Roshan shared that when she was there to treat her alcohol, she was not allowed other things that could be addictive including sugar.

“On entry, the mother had to give them the number of people who could call me. There were no cell phones, no sugar was allowed, no coffee, no chocolate that is again intoxicated, no perfumes,” she revealed.

Sunaina Roshan shared that the moment she started feeling better and exiting rehabilitation, she was told about the diagnosis of cancer of her father Rakesh Roshan. She told the interviewer that she hit her so badly that she could not sleep one night, and was calling her doctors in a washroom to help.
