While currently only 27% of beds practice activities such as meditation and jernling, more than 50% expressed interest in adopting such habits in the future.
Other favorite night practices include light practice, skincare routine and relaxing drinks. Meanwhile, 11% of respondents indicated that they prefer to follow any structured gold routine.
These conclusions align with extensive sleep research, which suggests that after a sleeping the schedule helps to regulate the internal clock of the body, making it easier to sleep and makes him fresh.
