Actor Akshay Kumar’s ‘Housefull 5’ trailer, released on 27 May 2025, once again created indifference among fans. Social media users praised Akshay for their comic timing as they play an important role in the fifth installment of the franchise. Fans on X also called him the ‘king of comedy’, claiming that he is unbeatable while talking about humor.

‘Housefull 5’ is directed by Tarun Mansukhani and is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. All the films of the film franchise have independent storylines that have no relation with the predecessors.
The film is the secret of a murder on a ship, where one of the three heirs will receive 69 billion pounds. However, when his father is killed on a ship, mysterious circumstances lead to a comedy-of-aerrs. Laughter and after joining the police brings more characters on the board.
Apart from Akshay, Abhishek Bachchan, Ritish Deshmukh, Sonam Bajwa, Jacqueli Fernandez and Nargis Fakhri also play a decisive character in Vauduranne. Supporters include Johnny Lever, Chunky Pandey, Jackie Shroff, Sanjay Dutt and Nana Patekar.
