Housefull sells 3,500 tickets in top national chains for 5 days 1
Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, Housefull 5 started his full advance sale on Sunday (June 1) on Sunday (June 1), 5 days before its release. By 2 pm, the film has sold more than 3,500 tickets in the top three national series – PVR Inox and Cinepolis – for the early day alone.
This is a decent beginning, at least to say. The film should target to sell around 8,000 to 10,000 tickets by the end of the day. As we get close to release, the sale will eventually pick up. A wider release in the film is expected to ensure a concrete opening day figure as the fifth installment of the popular houseful franchise is discussed among the brand value and the audience.
Bankerols by Nadidwala’s grandson Entertainment, Killer Comedy-Drama has a contingent of an artist in Comedy-Drama, including Akshay Kumar, Ritish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Nargis Fakhri, Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Sanj Dut, Jack in, Jack Dut, Jack Dut, Jack Dut, Jai Dut, Shin Din Din, Din Din Soundary Sharma. The film is expected to have a grand comeback of Akshay Kumar at the box office, as his previous release did not hit the mark from a commercial point of view.
Housefull 5 set to collide with Kamal Haasan’s thug life
Akshay Kumar starrer Kamal Haasan-Mani Ratnam is all set to hit with the film, Thug Life at the box office. While Housefull is releasing on 5 June (Friday), later on June 5 (Thursday), hitting the screen a day earlier. Originally a Tamil film, Thug Life is also releasing in Hindi-dubbed audio, which can affect the box office potential of comedy drama.
It will be interesting to see how the Housefull 5 performs at the box office and can it end a clean hit of Khildi Kumar.
