Hina Khan reacts to Pune Fort murder: One truth could have saved her
Hina Khan reacted to the Ketan Agarwal case after the police said that her fiancee and her alleged lover had plotted her death at Lohagarh Fort.
Actress Hina Khan has reacted to the shocking Pune Fort massacre, expressing her grief over the incident in a post on social media.
While sharing a note on her Instagram stories, Hina questioned why people choose violence instead of honesty.

He further said, “It seems that it is easier to take someone’s life than to accept the truth. You could have saved him.” just tell me the truth (With a truth) and lived my life with any XYZ. Why? Alas (worst) #KetanMurderCase,” she wrote.
Hina’s reaction comes days after police revealed that what initially appeared to be a trekking accident at Pune’s Lohagarh Fort was allegedly a planned murder.
From tracking accident to murder investigation
According to investigators, 26-year-old businessman Ketan Aggarwal died on June 18 after falling into a nearly 400 feet deep gorge in the fort. His fiancee Sia Goyal had initially informed the police that Ketan had accidentally slipped while taking photographs near the shore.
However, the case took a dramatic turn after the police examined the CCTV footage of the fort. Shortly before the incident, investigators spotted a man wearing a hoodie following Ketan and Siya despite the 33-degree heat. The man was later identified as 22-year-old Chetan Chaudhary.
Alleged conspiracy behind Ketan’s death
According to the police, Siya and Chetan decided not to call off their engagement despite their relationship. During interrogation, Chetan reportedly told investigators that Siya was unwilling to break off the marriage and run away as she feared it would bring shame to her family.
Police have also alleged that Sia had persuaded Ketan to visit the Lohagarh Fort repeatedly in the weeks before her death. Investigators believe the assassination plot was ultimately carried out on June 18.
Both Siya and Chetan are currently in police custody. Officials have said that the investigation is ongoing and all aspects of the case are being examined.
