When it comes to the world of sweets, there are many varieties within Indian cuisine. From the hot gajar’s pudding to the chilki kulfi, the options for choosing are endless. Many Indian sweet enthusiasts claim that they have tried to do all this. Well, have you been called this crispy Sindhi sweet or Sindhi Ghevar? If not, you are for a delicious adventure. Sindhi Ghiyar enjoyed a sweet popular manner during the festival of Holi. It is similar to jalebi, with differences in size and texture. Sindhi Gheer is super crisp and is made of the thinning strands tied together in a large disc. It usually occurs in orange and yellow color. The taste is filled with cardamom (sweet sugar syrup) with a sign of cardamom.

You can buy ghiar from any Sindhi Sweet Shop or also make it at home. The preparation style of this sweet is also quite interesting. Ghiar is made by putting a well -strengthened maida batsman in hot oil. A popular way to do this is to immerse his hand in the batsman and take it to a circular speed over the oil. This is done inside a ring placed in oil to achieve the desired circular shape. Fried Ghair is then transferred to sugar syrup. Many videos of confectioners who prepared this sweet are also roaming on social media. Here is such a clip:
