Harvey Wenstein does not want to testify in court during New York retric? What do we know here

Harvey Venstein has decided not to testify in the revival of his ongoing S*X crimes in New York City. According to The Associated Press, his lawyer Arthur Edala shared the update on Sunday.

The test is scheduled to continue with closed arguments on Tuesday. The court does not organize the session on Monday.

Former Hollywood producer Venstein is facing three serious allegations:

  • The first degree has two matters to make a criminal S*XUAL Act
  • Third-degree r*PE count of PE

These allegations come from allegations made by three women: former model Kaza Socola, former TV production assistant Mirium Haley and former ambitious actor Jessica Mann. Wenstein has requested not to be guilty for all allegations.

Last week, Veenstein’s defense team started calling their witnesses. The jury also heard the first testimony of Talita Mia, a former friend and roommate of Jessica Mann. Maia was not available to appear in a person, so court staff read his testimony from Venten’s 2020 testing. In this, he said that Mann never showed inconvenience around Veenstein or said he had assaulted him.

Other Raksha witnesses included Thomas Richards, another friend and Helga Semulson, who once lived with Kaza Socola in New York in 2005.

Wenstein selected his first New York trial or not to testify in a separate R*PE test held in Los Angeles in 2022. He was convicted in both cases and is appealing to take a decision.

After hearing the final argument this week, the jury will soon start discussions.
