Govinda calls rumors of rift a big conspiracy, breaks silence on Sunita’s statement
Amid months of speculation about his marriage, Govinda has spoken publicly, addressed concerns about his family and revealed that he believes they are unknowingly involved in what he calls a ‘larger conspiracy’.
Govinda has finally broken his silence on the rumors surrounding his marriage with wife Sunita Ahuja and called the rumors the result of a “big conspiracy”. The actor said he was forced to address the issue publicly after remaining silent for months, as silence could be interpreted as weakness or guilt.
“I’ve been noticing lately that sometimes when we don’t talk, we either appear weak or like we’re the problem. So today, I’m responding,” he said during an interview. ANI. Govinda claimed that “family members” may be “unknowingly involved” in some big deal. “They may not realize that they are being used in the initial stages of a larger conspiracy,” he said.
Addressing speculations about his absence from the film industry, the hero number 1 The star said that he is away not due to lack of offers, but on his own will. He said, “I have been out of work for many years; there is no market for my films. Please don’t take it as me complaining or crying. I myself have rejected many films, so I don’t cry about it.”
Govinda further claimed that Sunita was often worried about him rejecting her projects, but he hinted that she was also involved in the alleged conspiracy. He said, “But she can never imagine that she herself has been unknowingly included in a big conspiracy, she has been fielded as an opening batsman.”
Without taking names, the actor alleged that when someone reaches a certain level of popularity, efforts start to harm his public image. Recalling those instances, he said, “When your popularity in the film industry crosses a certain point, many people come forward to destroy you.” He said, “They were also exposed later.”
Govinda made a personal comment saying that he is praying for clarity in his family and the good health of his children. He said, “I pray to God to remove me from this problem. I also pray for the welfare of my children. I pray that there is no misunderstanding and I am not suffocated. I make a humble request, especially to my family.”
Govinda and Sunita have been married since 1987 and have two children – Tina, who debuted in Bollywood in 2015, and Yashvardhan, who is preparing for his acting debut.
