Google has officially confirmed the launch date for its next Pixel smartphone series. The new Pixel 10 lineup will be unveiled on August 20 at the company’s ‘Made by Google’ event. Next to the larger day, Google has also shared a teaser that clearly looks at the design of the phone and confirms some major details. The teaser was seen on the Google Store website, as well as a special offer for users who sign up for updates.

The design of the Pixel 10 Pro, which appears in the teaser, looks similar to last year’s Pixel 9 Pro. The phone has a large horizontal camera bar on the back with three camera sensors and an LED flash. This design suggests that the model shown is likely to be Pro or Pro XL version. However, there have been reports that even regular pixel 10 can come up with a triple camera setup this year, which will be the first for the base model.

The Pixel 10 Pro is shown in a color called Moonstone, which is a light brown shade, with a matte finish and a bright metal frame on the back. Like the previous pixel phone, power and volume buttons remain on the right. The overall figure lives in the boxy, with a flat side and slightly round corners.

In addition to revealing the look of the phone, Google has also announced a limited time offer to fans. If you subscribe to the email update of Google Store till 18 August (till 12:30 pm), you will get a special discount code on August 20 on the day of launch. This code can be used to get a discount on one of the Pixel 10 phones when pre-order opens. However, it will only work for a device and it cannot be used for other Google products or services.

The pre-order for the Pixel 10 series is expected to begin on August 21, a day after the official disclosure. Google has not yet shared full details about glasses, but more updates are expected in the coming days. India is likely to be one of the first markets to get the Pixel 10 series, as the company continues to focus on expanding its presence in the country.
