If you are a pixel phone user, now you can finally hear your favorite song together on one pair of headphones. Google is releasing support for Bluetooth Le Audio with Pixel 8 and Auracast for new models. This means that the pixel users will be able to enjoy listening together in the sink with a friend, to pass through the earbuds.

The ability to connect two headphones at a time was already available on Samsung and Xiaomi phones, and now the Pixel device is joining the audio stream in two headphones (or more) with Auracast on Pixel:

– Make sure you are using a pixel 8 or new phone and both headphones support Bluetooth Le Audio with Auracast.

– Next, enable Bluetooth on your pixel and on the headphones you want to connect.

– Connect your first pair to your pixel as you do normally.

– In your Bluetooth settings, select the second pair of compatible headphones and connect. Both will now play audio in the sink.

– Once connected, to start a private broadcast.

-Open audio-sharing options on your pixel.

– Generate a QR code or use a fast pair.

– Share this code or promise with friends so that they can connect immediately.

Read the official blog post by Google, “With Audio Orakast on Android, you can easily share your audio with others. To listen to more intimate, you can add two -lendy audio Bluetooth headphones on your phone so that you and a friend can hear at the same time.”

Supported audio equipment

But here is the catch: not every pair of headphones will work with the pixel phone. Le audio is still a relatively new standard, and users will need compatible equipment to take advantage of it. Google has confirmed support for several Sony models, including Linkbade S, WF -1000XM5, Inzon Buds, Linkbards Open, Linkbards Fit, WH -1000XM6, and INZONE H9 II. In addition, Auracast support has already rolled out for some hearing devices -with galaxy and Xiaomi devices. For any audio-compatible headphones, however, the convenience will not work.

With pixel updates, Google has also announced a improvement for its own audio hardware. Pixel Buds Pro 2 will soon get adaptive audio, which combines active noise with environmental awareness. It also includes loud noise security, which automatically reduces sudden high-volume sounds.

In its official blog post, Google says Google in its official blog post, “By bringing the audio into coupled tools like Android phone and hearing AIDS and headphones, we are making more connected, inclusive audio experiences for all.”

– Ends
